Look around and see previous community outreach events. We are a community of believers within a community we love. Like everyone else, the pandemic has impacted what we do. Although limited, we have determined to stay effective.
We are back to regularly meeting in person on our campus, but we are limited in capacity per our governor's mandated COVID-19 safety protocols. We have limited capacity; encourage social distancing and mask-wearing; encourage all other safety protocols; and have hand-sanitizer sitting around the facilities. Additionally, we have the option of listening to services in the parking lot via FM radio, and have previous messages available online.
Our leadership team prayerfully discussed what the church and community needs right now, and the result is a brand new expository series of messages which are practical for what we're all going through in these unprecedented times. On top of that we are keenly aware of the very real toll this whole thing is taking on our emotional well-being. With that in mind our Interim Pastor, a longtime pastor and counselor has made himself available for video and phone counseling to meet the needs of our membership and community. Reach out to us if we can help you emotionally, practically, or spiritually. Our elders are also available to assist you in whatever ways they can. Our ministry has not stopped, and our love for our people and our community is as strong and steadfast as ever. Even if you only want us to pray for you, please let us know. CKCC's ministry extends way beyond its walls, and we intend to demonstrate the love of Jesus one person, one family at a time - even in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. We believe our Lord is bigger than all this, and that He can and will help each of us who sincerely want His help.
